Middleton Art Wall

The Rosa M. Harvey Middleton & Area Library would like to welcome local art enthusiasts to visit and view our art display featuring and promoting local artists in our area.

For the month of September, we welcome you to come enjoy Middleton's own Christine Ritchie's artwork.

Christine Ritchie moved to the Annapolis Valley after teaching for the Halifax County School Board for 22 years. Once she retired, she dedicated all of her time to her love of art, where she teaches a handful of artists her techniques. In recent years, Chris has begun to explore acrylic paints after a 30 year love for watercolors. Much of her time is spent in her studio where she works on projects for the ARTISTS CIRCLE group, in which she found her inspiration to become a full time artist. Art pieces are for sale, if interest is shown.
