Tech Help is Here!

While technology can really help us at times, at other times it can be a real headache!  During these past few months there are probably some of your technology devices you wished you knew more about.  Or, maybe there are some on-line tools and services you would like some help setting up.  Well, we have a solution for you.

Our Digital Literacy Instructor are here to help, but don't delay - it is only for this month, although we are hoping for an extension.  They can help you get started with your eReader and downloading ebooks, assist with your social media privacy settings, can assist in transfering photos from your phone to a portable storage device, show you how to use Zoom and much more.

We have in-person one-on-one tech help in Annapolis Royal, Bridgetown, Lawrencetown, Berwick and Wolfville.  These sessions are a hour long with one of our instructors and tailored to your needs.  We've designed them to allow for physical distancing.  Your device will be connected through cabling to a larger screen.  With this configuration both you and the instructor can see the screen on your device for easy instruction.  So, don't delay, book your tech help session today either on-line through our calendar of events or by calling your local library.

If these locations don't work for you or you can't make it into the library, we've got that covered too.  We are offering virtual tech help.  Complete our short Virtual One-on-One Tech Help form and one of our instructors will call you to book an appointment.  The instructor will ask you to choose whether to have your session over the phone or through Zoom (virtual meeting software).  They will even help you get connected to Zoom for the session.

Make that list of questions and let us provide some answers.
