Qigong: Moving Meditation

Qigong is a gentle moving meditation that couples the breath with gentle movements and is suitable for all fitness levels.

Each session will start with some gentle Dao Yin Fa (Chinese medicine self-massage) and progress into the Eight Brocade series of movements which will stretch your muscles and fascia and calm your heart-mind.

Kenton Sefcik has 25 years of Chinese martial arts experience and 12 years as an acupuncturist and Chinese medicine practitioner.
