Unplug and come to the library for a 1 hour chill out zone with yoga instructor Amy MacDonald. Learn the basics of vinyasa flow yoga : move the body, calm the mind. Breathe, move, & stretch deeply. Mats provided - dress comfortably and bring a water bottle. For ages 13-17
