An interactive workshop where we will explore and practice beginner Mindfulness.
This 5 week workshop is intended to meet your curiosity and personal reflection to explore the broad tradition of Mindfulness and discover what works best for you as you:
- cultivate self-awareness
- reduce reactivity to triggers
- choose helpful responses to stress
- focus attention
- enhance creativity
- be more present in relationships
- improve sleep habits
Participants will be seated in chairs. Please bring mats if you prefer to sit on the floor and pillows for extra comfort in chairs. Please wear comfortable clothes and be considerate of scent sensitivities as we will be in an enclosed space. Participants will be asked to turn phones off during the sessions.
Ages 18+. Registration is required.
